Question: Internet and Database Access for Retired Faculty and Staff

Answer:

Retired faculty and staff with a working NetID may use the library computers located at the computer commons for access to the internet and library databases or a personal laptop to connect to the “USF Network”.

Retired faculty and staff without a working NetID may use a personal laptop for “USF Guest Network” access, please note that this only allows for internet access and does not grant access to Poynter Library’s databases. With a valid USF ID, retired faculty and staff can ask library staff for access to the USF system databases.
