Library Administration

The Dean is responsible for general oversight of the library, its operations and services, monitoring the library’s budget and expenditures, developing and implementing a strategic vision for the library, setting guidelines, advocating and interacting with the Colleges and other units of the University, developing and strengthening partnerships on and off campus, and raising funds to supplement the operating budget. The Dean is assisted in fulfilling these responsibilities by the Library Leadership Team, consisting of all Library Faculty and Administrative and Professional Managers.
