Library Administration

Library Administration consists of the Interim Dean, Deb Henry, and the Dean’s Executive Administrative Specialist, Zeynep Tufekci.

The Dean is responsible for general oversight of the library and its operations and services, monitoring the library’s budget and expenditures, developing and implementing a strategic vision for the library, setting policies and guidelines, interacting with the Colleges and other units of the University, developing and strengthening partnerships on and off campus, representing the library to internal and external groups, and raising funds to supplement the operating budget. The Dean is assisted in fulfilling these responsibilities by the Library Leadership Team, consisting of all Library Faculty and Administrative and Professional Managers.
